3. User Accounts

To use our Services, you must create an account using your email or third-party authentication provider like Google. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial of our Services. After the trial period ends, you will be charged according to our current pricing unless you cancel your subscription.

4.2 Subscription Fees

  • Our subscription fee is $10 per month
  • All payments are processed through our payment processor, Stripe
  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by InsightfullyStudy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using our Services ("User Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or systems
  • Impersonate another user or person
  • Use the Services to generate content that violates laws or regulations
  • Share your account with others
  • Use the Services to plagiarize academic work

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Educational Aid Disclaimer

InsightfullyStudy is designed as an educational aid and study tool. While we provide AI-powered assistance:

  • We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes
  • Our AI suggestions should be critically evaluated by users
  • Users are responsible for ensuring academic honesty according to their institution's policies

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
